I met Alexandre at an in-person class on ganache formulation. I learned a great deal from him then and since then have scheduled a number of private online sessions with him. We have worked together to develop a wide variety of products for my business.  He doesn’t just give you a recipe and send you on your way, he shows you how to create it so that you will be able to create on your own. I am very grateful for each time I have worked with him and how much it has helped me in developing new products for my business.

It is a tool that facilitates creativity, is reliable and allows me to have all my recipes ordered in one place. Ganache Solution helps me reduce the number of tests in my new recipes in a way that saves time.
